This position oversees the complete growth strategy, ensuring marketing efforts contribute directly to revenue from direct-to-consumer, retail, and online marketplace channels, while balancing priorities in channels, pricing, and investments to enhance overall revenue and profitability. Collaborating with sales, product, and operations teams, the role integrates growth, product marketing, and branding initiatives, utilizing AI tools to streamline operations and support scalable business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee marketing-led revenue outcomes, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and return on investment per channel
- Manage and refine performance in direct-to-consumer, retail, and Amazon marketplace sectors, deciding on channel trade-offs to boost revenue and margins
- Direct performance marketing efforts in paid media, search engine optimization, digital customer acquisition, and conversion improvements
- Guide direct-to-consumer e-commerce expansion and customer recruitment tactics
- Enhance marketplace results with internal partners, aligning on pricing, market positioning, and channel approaches
- Manage customer lifecycle metrics, covering subscription onboarding, interaction, and retention
- Employ AI tools for faster creative testing, audience segmentation, and campaign enhancements
- Spearhead product marketing for Golf and Diamond offerings, converting innovations into compelling value statements
- Create positioning, messaging, and rollout plans for products

Qualifications
- At least 10 years of advancing marketing leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in expanding multi-channel operations involving direct-to-consumer, retail, and marketplaces
- Direct accountability for revenue indicators such as total revenue, acquisition costs, lifetime value, and channel efficiency
- Background in introducing new products and handling intricate launch initiatives
- Proficiency in team building and process establishment in rapidly evolving or unclear settings
- Familiarity with current marketing technologies and AI-supported platforms to elevate performance and productivity
- Commercial focus with a robust sense of revenue responsibility
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital growth strategies and customer journey oversight
