Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in Growth or Performance Marketing, including 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven acquisition success in Healthcare, Clinics, or HealthTech in UAE/GCC
- Experience handling multi-million dirham budgets with accountability to Founders or Boards
- Leadership in Contact Centre, Sales, or Patient Services optimization
