  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or similar B2B environments
  • Track record of building and converting high-quality sales pipelines
  • Experience selling to or marketing toward large enterprises like Fortune 500
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to work on-site in Berlin (mandatory)
  • Experience in AI, automation, or enterprise software
  • Existing network within SAP, consulting, or enterprise tech ecosystems
  • Previous experience as an early-stage startup growth hire
  • Exposure to high-performance B2B sales environments
