B2B govtech SaaS startup at $700K ARR, growing rapidly, seeks a fractional leader to build and run the end-to-end marketing strategy that drives the company from current revenue to $3M ARR within 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete marketing funnel including awareness, demand generation, trial conversion, and expansion
- Coordinate with an in-house design team, content writer, and external paid-ads agency
- Track and optimize metrics such as MRR growth, pipeline volume, trial starts, trial-to-paid conversion, and cost per acquisition
- Execute and iterate on current channels: digital campaigns, direct mail, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience scaling a B2B or B2G SaaS company from roughly $1M to $3M+ ARR
- Proven success growing product-led or trial-driven SaaS businesses
- Familiarity with non-traditional tech buyers, preferably in govtech, edtech, or similar relationship-driven markets
- Ability to work fractionally while owning full marketing accountability and revenue outcomes
