Lead temporary oversight of growth initiatives at Wild Nutrition, a DTC supplements brand, to sustain acquisition momentum, optimize performance across multiple channels, and guide the team during maternity leave starting in early June.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement growth and acquisition strategy across 15+ channels, with focused management of Meta account structure, optimization, and audience targeting
  • Handle growth forecasting, budgets, and channel strategies to achieve new customer acquisition, CAC, and payback objectives
  • Direct the Growth Manager in conducting high-volume creative testing and rapid iterations on Meta
  • Administer attribution platforms and collaborate with web and CRM teams to enhance the acquisition funnel from leads to subscriptions and early retention
  • Promote experimentation in landing pages, offers, audiences, and activation methods
  • Maintain the growth measurement infrastructure, including attribution, incrementality testing, and performance reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Guide a compact, efficient Growth team with clear direction, prioritization, and practical support
  • Oversee agency and partner relationships to ensure accountability and return on investment
  • Cultivate an environment emphasizing experimentation, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement

Qualifications

  • Substantial background in senior growth or performance positions at DTC brands, ideally with subscription models
  • Proven track record in multi-channel growth strategies, with specialized knowledge in Meta and Google, particularly in creative testing and scaling
  • Expertise in handling multi-channel budgets and meeting CAC and efficiency goals, in close coordination with finance
  • Strong commercial and analytical abilities, adept at decision-making amid incomplete information
  • Experience in leading and inspiring a compact, productive team
  • Deep comprehension of attribution, incrementality, CAC, and first-party data issues
  • Highly organized, practical, and adaptable to dynamic settings
  • Superior communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Detail-focused with an agile, hands-on mentality
  • Competence in Google Marketing Cloud, attribution and experimentation tools, and Google Workspace
