Lead and evolve the end-to-end growth function across performance marketing, lifecycle, and CRM for a remote, values-driven consumer platform focused on relationships and sexuality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define growth strategy across performance marketing and lifecycle to support sustainable, brand-aligned member acquisition at scale.
  • Own the full performance marketing ecosystem including channel strategy, budget allocation, account structure, and scaling frameworks.
  • Build and execute a rigorous experimentation roadmap across channels, creative, messaging, and customer journeys.
  • Audit existing channels for inefficiencies, incubate new channels, and identify growth opportunities through structured testing.
  • Design integrated lifecycle and performance systems to ensure seamless movement between acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Partner with Product to implement product-led growth initiatives through onboarding, engagement loops, and core experiences.
  • Develop referral and network-effect programs that compound growth via user advocacy and community dynamics.
  • Establish measurement frameworks balancing incrementality, LTV, payback, and broader indicators of network and brand health.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team across performance, lifecycle, and analytics while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Champion brand integrity within all growth activities to ensure efforts reinforce rather than erode user experience.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of growth leadership experience with a proven record of scaling consumer businesses through performance marketing and lifecycle.
  • Deep expertise in DTC and/or subscription models, including strong command of LTV, retention, and unit economics; marketplace or social platform experience preferred.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels, moving seamlessly between high-level planning and hands-on problem-solving.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and action-oriented with a scrappy mindset suited to fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
  • Expert in attribution and incrementality measurement, with nuanced understanding of limitations and decision-making under uncertainty.
  • Excellent cross-functional communicator and leader capable of aligning marketing, product, and data teams while balancing growth and brand priorities.
