Reporting to the CEO, this role offers substantial impact on commercial strategy and the freedom to construct a dynamic marketing framework for the company’s future expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and expand the marketing team in user acquisition, product marketing, creative development, and ad monetization.
  • Enhance user acquisition results through paid platforms like Meta, Google, and AppLovin/ironSource, including target setting, channel allocation, creative assessment, and ROAS/payback optimization.
  • Manage app store optimization for all games, encompassing keyword planning, A/B testing, page enhancements, and localization.
  • Direct ad monetization efforts to boost revenue while prioritizing user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with analytics to derive actionable insights from data for marketing strategies.
  • Aid in new game introductions by outlining soft launch plans, geographic expansions, and success criteria for approvals.
  • Convert organizational goals into detailed marketing strategies alongside studio general managers and the CEO.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years in mobile game marketing, including substantial senior leadership experience.
  • Practical proficiency in user acquisition via Meta, Google, AppLovin/ironSource, and tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
  • Strong knowledge of app store optimization, including keyword tactics, conversion improvements, and testing.
  • Demonstrated skill in leading and mentoring teams in user acquisition, product marketing, and creative areas.
  • Keen product marketing acumen, grasping player behaviors and commercial objectives.
  • Experience managing multiple titles with varied priorities.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making based on performance metrics.
