Lead global demand generation strategy and U.S. market marketing for a fast-growing HRTech SaaS platform, partnering with the CMO and executive team to drive pipeline, revenue, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead Blink’s global demand generation strategy across the U.S. and EMEA, aligning marketing to revenue goals.
- Serve as strategic partner to the CMO and executive team, shaping company-level growth decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team using a data-driven approach.
- Act as senior marketing leader in the U.S., driving executive presence and cross-functional alignment from the Boston office.
- Partner with sales to strengthen pipeline quality, improve conversion, and support enterprise deal strategy.
- Own pipeline generation targets and marketing-sourced revenue contribution.
- Build and scale multi-channel programs across inbound, outbound, paid media, lifecycle, and partner channels.
- Unlock growth opportunities in paid search, paid social, video, and conversion optimization.
- Drive structured experimentation across audiences, creative, and funnel stages.
- Ensure marketing operations excellence including data integrity, attribution, automation, and reporting.
- Establish KPIs across the funnel and manage paid channel investments with strong ROI discipline.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with significant demand generation leadership.
- Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth in mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Experience owning multi-channel demand engines including paid media, lifecycle, content, and outbound support.
- Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI.
- Experience partnering with sales leadership to drive revenue outcomes.
- Modern strategic thinker who empowers teams rather than over-indexing on tactics.
- Executive presence and ability to operate as a trusted partner to the CEO.
- HRTech, Future of Work, or selling to HR/People leaders experience is a plus.
