The Marketing Specialist role involves assisting the North American Marketing Team in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for enterprise solutions and public programs, aimed at increasing revenue and strengthening ties with prospects and clients through collaborative efforts with sales and other teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives, including strategy development, implementation, and performance analysis across channels like email, social media, events, and campaigns.
- Partner with sales and training teams to synchronize marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals, focusing on demand generation for enterprise products and non-training revenue sources.
- Evaluate regional marketing effectiveness and deliver insights to guide planning and resource decisions.
- Contribute to Account-Based Marketing efforts for major clients, involving tailored content and multi-channel interactions.
- Promote registrations through emails, webinars, social media, and events.
- Target specific industry sectors via partnerships to highlight Prosci’s solutions, including event participation and webinar delivery.
- Collect case studies, testimonials, and references from key sectors.
- Execute digital and social campaigns, utilizing email marketing, social platforms, events, partnerships, and webinars.
- Work with digital, creative, and content teams on search engine advertising, SEO, content distribution, and LinkedIn promotions.
- Maintain regional social media by producing compelling content to establish thought leadership.
- Collaborate with brand, content, and operations teams to implement regional strategies, channels, and tactics, assessing outcomes.
- Align with sales, delivery, and operations for unified business goals, adapting global content locally.
- Contribute to defining market-specific marketing plans, budgets, and strategies in line with global aims.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Engage with global content team to bolster market presence.
- Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitors, sharing insights with sales and marketing leadership.
- Handle additional marketing tasks as required.
Qualifications

- Basic skills in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years in B2B professional services marketing.
- Track record in managing multi-channel B2B campaigns from inception to analysis.
- Background in supporting sales through lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including copywriting for diverse channels.
- Solid organizational abilities and focus on details.
- Analytical proficiency for evaluating ROI and key performance indicators.
- French language skills considered advantageous.
