Support the marketing function by leveraging AI technologies to create compelling content, execute campaigns, and streamline workflows across digital and traditional channels for two B2B software brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Apollo and Clay to generate and refine blog posts, emails, social copy, case studies and product messaging.
  • Plan and run AI-assisted campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, email and organic search while monitoring and optimising performance.
  • Administer and expand the HubSpot CRM, handling segmentation, nurture sequences, lead scoring and pipeline reporting.
  • Perform AI-supported market and competitor research to uncover trends, content gaps and audience opportunities.
  • Create short-form video, graphics and multimedia assets with AI creative tools in line with brand guidelines.
  • Build and optimise landing pages for AEO, GEO and SEO content plus paid-search initiatives using AI keyword tools.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to produce customer communications, release notes and onboarding materials.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs such as MQLs, email metrics, engagement and ROI via HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI marketing tools and recommend efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for AI applications in marketing with prior hands-on experience using AI tools.
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills to refine AI output into polished, on-brand B2B content.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation and reporting.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience setting up tracking and interpreting analytics.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and LinkedIn brand-building for B2B tech.
  • Solid project-management ability to handle concurrent campaigns and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • Prior marketing role with demonstrable use of AI tools to increase output or efficiency.
  • Hands-on HubSpot or marketing-automation experience; Google Analytics 4, Google Ads or LinkedIn Campaign Manager a plus.
