Entry-level marketing position supporting account-based programs and field initiatives within a North American team, focused on coordinated event execution, CRM data integrity, and campaign logistics for a B2B SaaS organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field events including executive dinners, roundtables, and webinars by handling venue research, catering, invitations, and registration management.
- Maintain accurate lead, contact, and account data in Salesforce and HubSpot, logging inbound leads promptly and updating records to support reporting.
- Send outbound email invitations and nurture sequences while partnering with SDRs to ensure timely follow-up with event leads.
- Coordinate vendors, shipments, budgets, purchase orders, and materials to support event and campaign operations.
- Contribute to campaign briefs, maintain project timelines, and use AI tools to draft communications and summarize research.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or event coordination experience, or recent graduate with relevant internships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot for data entry, record management, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional prospect outreach.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through in a remote setting; comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
