Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting into target accounts using calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify and prioritize leads according to the ideal customer profile emphasizing 200+ endpoints
- Perform cold outreach with a focus on telephone engagement
- Target and connect with appropriate contacts in organizations
- Partner with account executives to build qualified opportunities
- Investigate accounts and develop customized communication
- Experiment with and refine prospecting tactics, content, and procedures
- Propose enhancements to team operations, tools, and methods
- Ensure precise logging of activities and pipeline management in the CRM system
Qualifications
- 6-12 months in BDR or SDR roles covering inbound and outbound activities
- Proficiency in cold calling and ease with phone interactions
- Background in evaluating leads and researching accounts
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS sectors preferred
- Capability to thrive in a resourceful startup setting without reliance on fixed tools or procedures
