Support the North American Marketing Team in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for enterprise and public sector programs to boost revenue and enhance client relationships at Prosci, a leader in change management solutions since 1994.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing full-cycle marketing efforts including strategy, implementation, and reporting for email, social media, events, and campaigns.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales and training teams to meet revenue objectives and generate demand for enterprise solutions, advisory, and licensing.
  • Evaluate regional performance with data insights to guide marketing strategies and resource decisions.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing for major accounts using tailored content and multi-channel interactions.
  • Promote event registrations via emails, webinars, social media, and in-person activities.
  • Target industry verticals through partnerships, event participation, and webinar delivery.
  • Gather case studies, testimonials, and references for key sectors.
  • Manage digital campaigns involving SEA, SEO, content syndication, and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Curate social media content to establish Prosci as an industry authority.
  • Coordinate with brand, content, and operations teams to localize global strategies for regional needs.
  • Collaborate across sales, delivery, and operations for unified business alignment.
  • Contribute to marketing plan development, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitors to inform decisions.
  • Handle additional marketing tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot or equivalent marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Advertising, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
  • Basic skills in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years in B2B professional services marketing.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel B2B campaigns from ideation to analysis.
  • Background in supporting sales with lead generation and nurturing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including copywriting for diverse channels.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities for KPIs and ROI.
  • French language skills advantageous.

Benefits And Growth

  • Annual base salary range of $63,000 - $77,000 CAD based on qualifications and experience.
  • Eligibility for bonus program.
