Key Responsibilities
- Set up and run webinars
- Coordinate conferences and events including logistics, suppliers, outreach, and booth setup
- Execute marketing campaigns
- Ship content such as videos, social posts, and brand assets
- Support growth campaigns and sales follow-up using HubSpot and LinkedIn workflows
- Prepare contact lists and execute approved outbound sequences
- Build reusable workflows, templates, and AI-driven processes to increase efficiency
- Manage deadlines and proactively flag risks
