As Parq’s inaugural growth specialist, you will develop a dynamic go-to-market framework powered by AI and automation to generate and nurture leads for Hazel, our AI agent enhancing sales efficiency in the building materials sector, targeting sales executives at manufacturers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning, including cold emails, LinkedIn campaigns, and ICP refinement, to highlight Hazel’s value for sales leaders
  • Conduct buyer research to understand operational challenges in sales teams and refine outreach accordingly
  • Experiment with channels like outbound email, LinkedIn, paid social, events, and partnerships to identify scalable tactics
  • Collaborate on deal flow with the CEO, qualifying leads and ensuring progression to pipeline
  • Create high-converting copy for emails, social media, and conference materials, adapting to various personas
  • Manage and optimize tools such as Clay, Apollo, and Hey.Reach for multi-channel orchestration and seamless integrations using n8n or Make.com
  • Build LLM-driven workflows for lead enrichment, personalization, and performance monitoring with custom scripting in Python or JavaScript

Qualifications

  • Proactive mindset with strong communication skills to identify and resolve issues in a small startup setting
  • Proficiency in automation tools like n8n or Make.com, plus experience with live coding for integrations
  • U.S.-based, preferably in Texas with Central Time Zone availability
  • Energetic early-career professional passionate about scaling in an underserved industry
