  • Build personal credibility and recognition within the Laravel developer community.

Qualifications

  • Over five years of experience managing teams of at least three members in dynamic settings with limited supervision.
  • Proven director-level expertise in translating high-level objectives into actionable plans and team execution.
  • Hands-on experience developing and deploying user-facing software applications, with open-source contributions preferred; willingness to learn Laravel if not already proficient.
  • Deep understanding of developer tool selection processes, AI’s impact on decisions, and strategies to drive adoption.
  • Established involvement in developer communities through contributions on forums, social media, conferences, or open-source projects, beyond corporate roles.
  • Capability to produce educational technical content, such as blog posts or tutorials.
  • Balanced leadership style as a player-coach, engaging directly when necessary.
