Key Responsibilities

  • Implement monthly targeted offers within sales funnels, refine key performance indicators including conversion value rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value, and enhance top product pages.
  • Increase email and SMS-driven revenue to 25% of Shopify totals by refining customer journey workflows and retention tactics.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in expanding direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands via Shopify and paid social platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing $20 million revenue milestones for brands.
  • Expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising, including fast-paced creative experimentation.
  • Proficiency in operating Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of bundling strategies, upsell techniques, sales funnels, and customer lifetime value optimization.
  • Ability to create, evaluate, and refine persuasive landing page content.
  • Experience managing distributed teams with structured processes and performance tracking.
