Strategic leader tasked with expanding direct-to-consumer ecommerce operations on Shopify and TikTok Shop to achieve over $20 million in revenue within 18 months, through comprehensive strategy, operational oversight, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage profit and loss statements for Shopify and TikTok Shop channels to reach combined revenue exceeding $20 million.
- Develop a sustainable growth framework incorporating product bundles, paid advertising, conversion rate improvements, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Direct and mentor an effective ecommerce team, promoting a results-oriented environment.
- Oversee rapid creative testing processes, producing over 100 ad variants weekly on Meta and TikTok to attain specified return on ad spend goals.
- Implement monthly targeted offers within sales funnels, refine key performance indicators including conversion value rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value, and enhance top product pages.
- Increase email and SMS-driven revenue to 25% of Shopify totals by refining customer journey workflows and retention tactics.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in expanding direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands via Shopify and paid social platforms.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing $20 million revenue milestones for brands.
- Expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising, including fast-paced creative experimentation.
- Proficiency in operating Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript tools.
- In-depth knowledge of bundling strategies, upsell techniques, sales funnels, and customer lifetime value optimization.
- Ability to create, evaluate, and refine persuasive landing page content.
- Experience managing distributed teams with structured processes and performance tracking.
