The Director of Marketing, Growth & Product at Drug Hunter leads the demand generation and product marketing efforts for a B2B scientific intelligence platform serving biotech and pharma sectors. This position drives revenue growth through integrated strategies, oversees go-to-market initiatives, and collaborates across sales, product, and customer success teams to enhance adoption and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine demand generation strategies utilizing paid media, SEO, email, and integrated channels
  • Establish and oversee account-based marketing initiatives and account prioritization efforts
  • Increase top-of-funnel engagement and evaluate channel efficacy to maximize investment and lead conversion
  • Manage customer lifecycle marketing from initial onboarding to full adoption
  • Implement campaigns focused on retention, expansion, and enterprise-level engagement
  • Create and update go-to-market frameworks for product features and launches
  • Collaborate on messaging and positioning to craft persuasive go-to-market assets
  • Provide sales teams with essential resources including narratives, materials, battlecards, ROI calculators, and evidence to facilitate conversions and account growth

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years in marketing, combining product marketing and demand generation expertise
  • Advanced degree in chemistry, biology, or a similar discipline
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing go-to-market strategies that boost pipeline and revenue
  • Proficiency with account-based marketing tools, lifecycle marketing solutions, and sales enablement processes
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills for engaging with sales, product, customer success, and executive leaders
  • Analytical capabilities for managing and reporting on program performance
  • Preference for direct experience in drug discovery or B2B SaaS environments
  • Required experience managing people
