Lead the digital growth efforts for a fast-expanding beauty-tech company, managing direct-to-consumer revenue and profit margins via integrated strategies in paid advertising, creative development, conversion optimization, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee DTC profit and loss, including revenue generation, margin enhancement, and key growth drivers.
  • Develop paid acquisition plans, including channel selection and budget distribution across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snap.
  • Direct performance creative operations, focusing on testing, concept refinement, and alignment with acquisition goals.
  • Establish a systematic approach to growth testing, encompassing hypothesis formulation, execution, analysis, decision-making, and documentation.
  • Manage conversion rate optimization roadmap for Shopify platform, covering landing pages, product details, bundles, cart, checkout, and upsells, utilizing analytics tools.
  • Supervise CRM agency partnerships to drive retention through email and SMS, linking to customer cohorts, lifetime value, and metrics like repeat purchases and add-on sales.
  • Implement operational routines including weekly performance trackers, monthly projections, and quarterly planning sessions with defined KPIs and accountability measures.

Qualifications

  • Preferred consulting experience followed by DTC brand leadership.
  • Expertise in Meta and Google platforms with proven scalable profitability.
  • Solid understanding of CRO, offer structures, CRM strategies, and testing methodologies.
  • Track record managing teams, contractors, and agencies with performance metrics.
  • Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or devices; Shopify and Triple Whale proficiency; knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Target, Walmart, and TikTok Shop; scaling creator-based acquisition.
