Key Responsibilities

  • Direct, mentor, and expand a team of growth marketing managers, offering strategic guidance, coaching, and oversight for North American campaign delivery.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of integrated, multi-channel account-based marketing initiatives that yield high-quality pipeline and support revenue objectives.
  • Convert business priorities into a unified demand generation plan, integrating immediate pipeline demands with sustained brand and market development.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of American target segments and employ data-informed tactics to attract, engage, and convert prospects throughout the funnel.
  • Act as a key ally to the North America sales team, fostering alignment on targets, pipeline forecasts, lead transitions, and nurture programs to hasten conversions.
  • Establish, manage, and refine key performance indicators, attribution frameworks, and executive dashboards linking demand activities to pipeline and revenue results.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation and learning through A/B tests, segmentation, and data analysis to enhance campaign performance.
  • Facilitate cross-functional partnerships with marketing operations, content, product marketing, digital, design, and field teams for seamless, resource-backed campaign execution.
  • Participate in yearly planning, budgeting, and staffing for growth marketing, providing leadership-level insights.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in fast-paced B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • 5+ years managing teams, with proven success in assembling, nurturing, and retaining top marketing talent.
  • Practical expertise with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred), Salesforce, Google Analytics, paid media platforms, and account-based marketing technologies and approaches.
  • Proven history of achieving or surpassing pipeline and revenue goals in dynamic, high-growth settings.
  • Advanced analytical skills to distill complex campaign metrics into actionable insights, strategies, and executive reports.
  • Experience collaborating with sales development and leadership to create lead handoff protocols, service level agreements, and pipeline governance.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, adept at engaging both team members and senior executives.
  • Strategic mindset combined with operational hands-on execution capabilities.
