Lead the development and expansion of Zicasso’s traveler acquisition efforts as Head of Growth Marketing, overseeing a team focused on PPC, SEO, analytics, and content optimization to manage a substantial paid media budget and drive revenue through data-informed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee quantitative analysis of paid media using Media Mix Modeling and incrementality testing to guide budget allocation, pipeline forecasting, and revenue planning.
  • Develop a comprehensive attribution framework incorporating MMM, lift studies, geo-holdouts, and platform tests to support investments in upper-funnel channels like programmatic, YouTube, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Data Science to align business objectives with data needs and implement actionable models for the paid media team.
  • Direct Google Ads strategy, including intent segmentation, campaign type decisions, and integration of LTV and offline conversions into bidding.
  • Implement full-funnel approaches across Google, Meta, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic platforms while maintaining lead quality.
  • Create retargeting and nurturing programs for high-intent users, and partner on landing page and conversion rate optimization with product teams.
  • Establish a systematic experimentation framework for testing creatives, audiences, landing pages, channels, and bidding strategies, linking results to investment decisions.
  • Manage a growth team of 4-6 members, providing analytical oversight and fostering strategic development.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Content, Brand, Product, Data, and Operations to enhance creative effectiveness, lead quality, and matching processes.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in growth or performance marketing, with experience in high-AOV, high-consideration B2C sectors like luxury, travel, real estate, financial services, or complex lead generation, handling multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Practical knowledge of Media Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution in long conversion window environments.
  • Background in developing attribution or measurement systems from scratch, beyond using pre-existing tools; bonus for offline conversion pipelines, server-side APIs, or LTV bidding signals.
  • Proven ability to create repeatable testing frameworks that influence budget and roadmap choices.
  • Advanced quantitative skills in SQL, Tableau or similar BI tools, and sophisticated spreadsheet analysis.
  • Track record of leading and mentoring senior growth teams.
  • Strong executive communication abilities to present viewpoints, justify allocations with data, and simplify complex analyses for decision-making.
