Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute ABM programs targeting VP/Head of CX, Insights, and VoC at US enterprises exceeding $1B revenue
- Develop tailored outreach sequences to support sales, leveraging content and events
- Establish and meet qualified pipeline goals beyond mere activity
- Formulate data-driven content strategy aligned with pipeline metrics
- Create assets for buyer journeys in ABM and Generative Engine Optimization to boost visibility in AI queries on enterprise VoC and customer intelligence
- Update website content to emphasize buyer results and adapt to evolving positioning
- Collaborate with events manager on audience targeting, ABM integration, and post-event follow-up
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with over 3 years in enterprise pipeline generation
- Proven ABM expertise including personalized initiatives and buying committee analysis
- Content strategy proficiency to guide writers and produce persuasive materials independently
- Enthusiasm for AI experimentation, familiarity with tools like Claude, and willingness to expand knowledge
- Expertise in GEO and content approaches for organic search dominance
- Robust analytical abilities to interpret pipeline data, test ideas, and refine strategies
- Executive-level presentation capabilities for CEO and enterprise audiences
- Solid insight into US enterprise purchasing dynamics and decision processes
- Prior small team management and cross-functional coordination
- Experience in rapidly scaling organizations amid uncertainty and independent decision-making
