Key Responsibilities

  • Direct in-house and agency performance marketing initiatives across paid social, PPC, apps, podcasting, OTT, affiliate, and digital OOH.
  • Guide paid traffic acquisition for DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop channels.
  • Oversee Amazon sales performance and profitability in partnership with an agency.
  • Lead TikTok Shop sales results and profitability using an internal team.
  • Create and implement creative strategies to boost upper-funnel brand awareness via online/offline channels and enhance mid/lower-funnel conversions digitally.
  • Collaborate closely with lifecycle, ecommerce, retail, and brand teams to craft integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the marketing funnel and attribution, applying data insights to prioritize and execute strategies for member conversions and funnel optimization.
  • Define KPIs and forecasts aligned with business growth targets, emphasizing robust ROAS and CLTV:CAC ratios.

Qualifications
