Key Responsibilities
- Direct in-house and agency performance marketing initiatives across paid social, PPC, apps, podcasting, OTT, affiliate, and digital OOH.
- Guide paid traffic acquisition for DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop channels.
- Oversee Amazon sales performance and profitability in partnership with an agency.
- Lead TikTok Shop sales results and profitability using an internal team.
- Create and implement creative strategies to boost upper-funnel brand awareness via online/offline channels and enhance mid/lower-funnel conversions digitally.
- Collaborate closely with lifecycle, ecommerce, retail, and brand teams to craft integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the marketing funnel and attribution, applying data insights to prioritize and execute strategies for member conversions and funnel optimization.
- Define KPIs and forecasts aligned with business growth targets, emphasizing robust ROAS and CLTV:CAC ratios.
- Formulate and carry out media plans adapting to shifting priorities across the funnel.
- Track and report paid campaign performance regularly, developing a comprehensive attribution and measurement framework.
- Manage the development and delivery of growth channel briefs aligned with business objectives.
- Perform experiments to validate assumptions, leveraging data for informed choices.

- Demonstrated success in crafting and deploying creative and messaging tactics that fuel expansion.
