Key Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on strategy and execution in growth marketing.
  • Apply data-driven methods to enhance conversion rates, pipeline attribution, and AI-enabled growth.
  • Deploy AI tools and automation for efficient buyer attraction, campaign development, ad creation, and data enrichment.
  • Set and meet pipeline generation goals while collaborating with sales on lead scoring, qualification, and handoff procedures.
  • Generate pipeline via SEO, AEO, paid media, ABM, community content, syndication, optimization, and related channels.
  • Design and refine lead generation and conversion journeys tailored to customer segments and personas.
  • Oversee monthly digital ad budgets, distributing funds across platforms to optimize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain nurture automation programs that synchronize marketing and sales objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify effective tactics, eliminate underperformers, and prioritize high-impact areas for pipeline advancement.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years directing growth marketing in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of B2B buying processes and decision factors.
  • Skill in planning, executing, and attaining pipeline and revenue goals via multichannel efforts.
  • Forward-thinking approach to AI integration in demand generation with practical application experience.
  • Initiative in discovering new market segments and signals for expansion.
  • Adaptability in rapid, collaborative settings with quick adjustment to shifts.
