Yumwoof seeks a highly analytical, hands-on Director of Growth Marketing to own full-funnel DTC acquisition and experimentation. The role requires 8+ years of experience driving paid media performance, creative strategy, funnel optimization, and revenue outcomes with real ownership at the leadership table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead paid acquisition strategy across paid media, landing pages, funnels, offer testing, bundles, merchandising, and customer journeys; own growth roadmap with accountability for CAC, MER, scaling Meta Ads, conversion rate, and revenue.
  • Oversee paid acquisition agencies to ensure campaigns, creative testing, and media buying deliver continuous improvement, faster testing velocity, and accountability aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with internal creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, new creative angles, and stronger creative output.
  • Continuously generate hypotheses and ideas to improve growth performance, including landing pages, messaging, hooks, offers, bundles, funnel improvements, conversion flows, and merchandising.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize PDPs, landing pages, checkout flows, subscription flows, upsells, and overall conversion experience.
  • Deeply analyze customer behavior, creative performance, conversion rates, CAC, MER, LTV, retention, and attribution to uncover opportunities and lead growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or DTC e-commerce growth roles.
  • Deep understanding of Meta and modern DTC acquisition strategy.
  • Strong experience with landing pages, funnels, CRO, and experimentation.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset that turns data into hypotheses.
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, attribution, and funnel metrics.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with ambiguity.
  • Experience in subscription, wellness, pet, food, or premium consumer brands is a plus.
