pubGENIUS seeks a full-stack Director of Growth & Demand Generation to design and lead end-to-end demand generation initiatives targeting North American mid-market clients in fintech, healthcare, AI, and enterprise SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and run Account-Based Marketing campaigns aimed at North American mid-market companies.
- Build, scale, and optimize cold email infrastructure, LinkedIn sequencing, and data enrichment tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams and PMs to convert project successes into technical case studies, white papers, and narrative pitches.
- Direct the internal digital marketer in creating and optimizing tailored vertical landing pages that convert executive traffic into discovery calls.
- Own accountability for SQLs, pipeline velocity, and closed-won pipeline value.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience at custom software development agencies or high-end IT consulting firms.
- Proven track record generating campaigns that closed six- or seven-figure enterprise service retainers.
- Expertise in crafting sophisticated, compelling copy that cuts through crowded inboxes.
- Self-starter capable of independently mapping macro-strategy, writing hyper-personalized copy, and auditing funnel metrics.
- Ability to operate without a large support team.
