Strategic leader responsible for driving ecommerce expansion on Shopify and TikTok Shop, owning full P&L accountability to achieve rapid revenue scaling and profitability targets for a mission-driven children’s education brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop operations to exceed $20M in combined revenue within 18 months
  • Maintain ≥15% net margin on Shopify and ≥5% on TikTok Shop while achieving Meta ROAS ≥2.0 and TikTok Shop ROAS ≥3.5
  • Launch one new high-converting bundle-based funnel monthly and ensure email/SMS contributes ≥25% of Shopify revenue
  • Test over 100 ad creatives weekly across Meta and TikTok, optimize paid traffic, and collaborate with affiliate/UGC teams
  • Develop and optimize funnels for CVR, AOV, CAC, LTV, upsells; oversee merchandising and seasonal promotions
  • Lead Klaviyo/Postscript for lifecycle marketing, including welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back flows
  • Analyze weekly P&Ls, deliver scorecards and growth plans, forecast performance, and build scalable SOPs
  • Lead a cross-functional team of 6+ members, establish operating rhythms, hire talent, and promote a culture of ownership and innovation

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years in DTC ecommerce, with focus on Shopify and paid social platforms
  • Proven success scaling brands beyond $20M revenue while owning profitability goals
  • Expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS
  • Strong skills in bundles, upsells, LTV optimization, and high-converting landing pages
  • Experience leading remote teams with structured cadences; analytical, creative, strategic, and operationally adept
