Lead and scale direct-to-consumer ecommerce operations for a family-founded educational products brand, overseeing Shopify and TikTok Shop to reach over $20M in combined revenue within 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Own P&Ls for Shopify and TikTok Shop channels with a target of $20M+ combined revenue
- Develop repeatable growth systems using bundles, paid media, CRO, and lifecycle marketing
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing ecommerce team
- Manage high-velocity creative testing across Meta and TikTok ads while meeting ROAS targets
- Optimize conversion metrics including CVR, AOV, CAC, and LTV through monthly funnel offers and product pages
- Drive email and SMS to contribute 25% of Shopify sales via lifecycle flows and retention
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social
- Proven track record growing brands to $20M+ revenue
- Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads plus high-velocity creative testing
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
- Strong understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, and customer LTV
- Ability to write, review, and optimize high-converting landing pages
- Experience leading remote teams with clear accountability and cadences
- High ownership mindset and passion for screen-free educational products
