Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead creative strategies for paid social platforms, including concept creation, brief writing, and a systematic test-and-learn approach across various channels
- Convert performance metrics, audience data, and cultural shifts into precise creative guidance for internal and external collaborators
- Evaluate creative outcomes to pinpoint successes, failures, and underlying factors, then formulate iteration strategies
- Anticipate platform evolutions and introduce innovative, brand-aligned ideas regularly
- Collaborate with the creative team to outline, assess, and polish concepts in static, video, and user-generated content formats
- Outline and convey creative structures, testing protocols, and campaign frameworks
- Assist in overseeing and refining paid social ad accounts on platforms like Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok
- Track daily campaign results and implement adjustments to enhance effectiveness
- Apply attribution methods such as MTA and incrementality testing to measure impact and guide budgeting and creative choices
- Coordinate with growth and ecommerce departments to synchronize paid activities with website optimization and conversion objectives
- Produce weekly creative reports that distill data into actionable insights and suggestions
- Create and update performance dashboards for straightforward comprehension and decision-making
- Conduct in-depth analyses beyond routine metrics to reveal audience and messaging potentials
- Adopt a continuous testing and learning approach, proactively identifying next steps and rationales
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in growth marketing, paid social, or performance creative strategy, preferably at a DTC brand or performance agency
- Practical expertise in Meta ads; additional experience with TikTok and other paid social platforms advantageous
- Robust creative intuition to transform data findings into engaging concepts and articulate them to creative personnel
- Proficiency with key performance indicators like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR, and their application to creative choices
- Familiarity with creative analytics tools desirable; knowledge of MTA and incrementality solutions a bonus
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure precise briefs, timelines, and ad management
- Inquisitive mindset and enthusiasm for development in a role offering substantial advancement potential
- Ease with AI tools for accelerating tasks like creative prototyping, brief preparation, or idea exploration, viewing AI as a creative ally
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a rapidly expanding brand shaping its own strategies, bringing proactive energy to initiatives
