Director of Business Development - ON SITE

Direct the formulation and execution of growth strategies, forging key partnerships and marketing initiatives to enhance market presence and revenue in a behavioral healthcare hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a business growth strategy.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs that generate high-quality leads and strengthen brand positioning.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to elevate our profile.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and secure competitive information on products and services to maintain and develop market share.
• Consult with management to maintain a consistent public image.
• Direct publicity releases consistent with public relations objectives and develop positive relations with local media.
• Serve as the department’s fiscal manager.
• Conduct market research, analysis, and reporting activities relevant to the organization’s mission, philosophy, and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, Journalism, or related discipline
• Minimum five years’ experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
• Minimum two years’ experience as a director in a hospital setting
• Behavioral Healthcare experience
• Previous experience developing and evaluating effective marketing campaigns
• Experience with data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strategic mindset with agility to adapt in a fast-changing market
• Valid Nevada Driver’s License and car insurance
