Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete go-to-market process, including strategy formulation and execution to boost revenue, in partnership with sales to link marketing to closed deals and utilize B2C interest for B2B opportunities.
- Establish a unified outbound sales and marketing approach while defining communication strategies across customer journeys using emails, notifications, and in-app elements to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Act as primary product authority by developing sales tools, customer content, and training resources to aid sales and success teams.
- Perform market analysis through user interviews and insights to refine messaging, positioning, and launch tactics.
