Oversees the creation and expansion of a scalable global seller-acquisition system that moves prospects from awareness through to sign-up across 21 markets for OnBuy, EasyShop and Comet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full top-of-funnel journey: Awareness → Lead → Sign-up, delivering predictable, high-quality inbound seller demand.
  • Lead global PR and LinkedIn-first social programmes to drive trade visibility and measurable sign-ups.
  • Build and optimise data-led acquisition channels, including use of third-party data sets and CRM outreach at scale.
  • Design and manage global CRM & email nurture journeys with lead scoring and conversion optimisation.
  • Own all /sell/ website experiences, improving messaging, UX and conversion rate across 21+ localised markets.
  • Define partner strategy and targets; own pipeline output from the Senior Partnerships Manager (execution handled by the direct report).
  • Track funnel performance, fix drop-offs and continuously improve CPL, CPA and lead quality metrics.
  • Deliver 3-/6-/12-month forecasts and make data-driven decisions on channel mix, budgets and market prioritisation.
  • Build and structure the B2B marketing function, defining clear separation from B2C activity and hiring as performance scales.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B demand generation, growth or lead generation across multiple international markets.
  • Strong ownership of end-to-end inbound funnels, CRM programmes and conversion optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience with PR, content localisation and third-party data activation for acquisition.
  • Expertise in building scalable, repeatable growth systems, including AI-driven processes.
  • Commercial fluency with CPL, CPA, ROI and data-led forecasting and dashboard creation.
  • Demonstrated success owning high-volume LinkedIn and email campaigns that deliver sign-ups at scale.
  • Experience optimising website conversion journeys from lead through to sign-up.
  • Desirable: Marketplace, SaaS or eCommerce sector experience; partner co-marketing and event lead-gen exposure.
