  • Produce materials addressing needs of seniors, caregivers, and clinical referrers to position the company as a leader in elderly mental health
  • Cultivate sustained organic expansion to lessen reliance on paid efforts
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor top-tier talent in marketing, partnerships, and digital areas
  • Promote an environment of testing, responsibility, and ongoing education
  • Collaborate with clinical, product, and financial teams to synchronize growth initiatives with organizational objectives

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years in growth, marketing, or business development, including at least 3 years leading teams
  • Proven success in creating and directing multi-channel growth operations beyond mere campaign oversight
  • Background in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated consumer sectors highly desirable
  • Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and digital analytics, with knowledge of key performance indicators and strategies to influence them
  • Experience crafting B2B2C partnerships and referral systems, preferably in healthcare or insurance contexts
  • Entrepreneurial approach: thrives on developing frameworks, procedures, and teams from the ground up
  • Outstanding communication skills to unite stakeholders, motivate teams, and promote the company outwardly
  • Analytical thinker who merges data precision with innovative thinking
