Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a partnerships division focused on physicians, geriatric specialists, Medicare providers, senior housing facilities, and other healthcare referral networks
- Design a formal referral initiative featuring incentives, monitoring mechanisms, and response cycles
- Develop adaptable partnership guides for implementation in expanding regions
- Establish brand identity and communication tailored to senior mental health services
- Assemble a compact, efficient marketing unit covering content, performance, and customer lifecycle, overseeing external agencies or freelancers
- Promote visibility, interest, and enrollment via paid and unpaid channels aimed at seniors, their caregivers, and referral partners
- Manage paid user acquisition on platforms like Google and Meta, prioritizing sign-ups and cost-effectiveness
- Implement tracking systems, including attribution models, visualization tools, and reports for agile, evidence-based choices
- Enhance conversion rates throughout the website and user onboarding process
- Direct a holistic SEO approach encompassing technical improvements, content development, and location-specific searches
- Produce materials addressing needs of seniors, caregivers, and clinical referrers to position the company as a leader in elderly mental health
- Cultivate sustained organic expansion to lessen reliance on paid efforts
- Hire, onboard, and mentor top-tier talent in marketing, partnerships, and digital areas
- Promote an environment of testing, responsibility, and ongoing education
- Collaborate with clinical, product, and financial teams to synchronize growth initiatives with organizational objectives
Qualifications
- Over 8 years in growth, marketing, or business development, including at least 3 years leading teams
- Proven success in creating and directing multi-channel growth operations beyond mere campaign oversight
- Background in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated consumer sectors highly desirable
- Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and digital analytics, with knowledge of key performance indicators and strategies to influence them
- Experience crafting B2B2C partnerships and referral systems, preferably in healthcare or insurance contexts
- Entrepreneurial approach: thrives on developing frameworks, procedures, and teams from the ground up
