Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall consumer growth strategy, focusing on establishing LawConnect as the primary legal help resource in Australia with plans for international rollout.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary growth team including marketers, engineers, and data experts to enhance acquisition and expansion efforts.
- Oversee operations in search engine marketing, optimization, and conversion rate improvement to boost channel efficiency.
- Conduct experiments throughout the user journey from awareness to engagement to improve conversion rates and long-term growth.
- Launch campaigns to increase brand recognition and foster consumer trust on a large scale.
- Create and apply growth strategies for entering international markets, tailoring approaches to regional needs while upholding brand standards.
- Promote a testing-oriented environment using data for quick evaluations and refinements across growth areas.

- Over 10 years in growth, marketing, or similar fields, with proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in expanding consumer products from initial success to widespread use.
- Advanced knowledge in SEM, SEO, CRO, and paid acquisition channels, understanding their integrated impact on efficient scaling.
- Experience assembling and directing teams of marketing, engineering, and data professionals focused on growth.
- Strong analytical abilities in funnel analysis, cohort studies, attribution, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with AI technologies and innovative growth tools for significant improvements in user acquisition and conversion.
- Background in trust-sensitive sectors like legal, health, or finance where clear communication drives conversions.
