Key Responsibilities

  • Create and apply growth strategies for entering international markets, tailoring approaches to regional needs while upholding brand standards.
  • Promote a testing-oriented environment using data for quick evaluations and refinements across growth areas.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and business units to integrate growth efforts with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years in growth, marketing, or similar fields, with proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding consumer products from initial success to widespread use.
  • Advanced knowledge in SEM, SEO, CRO, and paid acquisition channels, understanding their integrated impact on efficient scaling.
  • Experience assembling and directing teams of marketing, engineering, and data professionals focused on growth.
  • Strong analytical abilities in funnel analysis, cohort studies, attribution, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with AI technologies and innovative growth tools for significant improvements in user acquisition and conversion.
  • Background in trust-sensitive sectors like legal, health, or finance where clear communication drives conversions.
  • Knowledge of international expansion for consumer products, adapting to diverse market conditions.
  • Ability to thrive in uncertain, fast-paced settings with proactive problem-solving.
