Lead the strategic direction of digital commerce and growth initiatives for Spacetalk, managing global expansion across e-commerce platforms and subscription models to enhance overall ecosystem revenue in a dynamic technology firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital revenue, margins, and contribution objectives while steering weekly trading results and forecasts, spotting expansion prospects and addressing performance shortfalls through targeted optimizations
- Enhance digital pathways to boost ecosystem income beyond initial device purchases, elevating attachment rates for connectivity plans and subscriptions to maximize customer value over time, and collaborate with product and mobile groups on activation enhancements
- Refine direct-to-consumer site functionality, user experience, and conversion efficiency, alongside checkout processes and order values, while directing merchandising efforts and promotions in tandem with growth marketing to optimize paid traffic returns
- Oversee performance on platforms like Amazon, refining listings for better search visibility, scheduling promotions, aligning inventory, and boosting profitability with streamlined operations
- Apply a robust performance marketing approach, developing key metrics, analytical tools, and reporting systems to foster testing, refinements, and improvements in customer acquisition costs and investment yields
- Guide and mentor a compact digital growth unit, partnering with executive leadership including the CEO, COO, and revenue head, while coordinating with product, mobile, finance, and supply teams to ensure seamless implementation and responsibility
Qualifications
- At least six years in digital commerce, growth strategies, or performance marketing roles with direct involvement in platforms like Shopify and Amazon marketplaces
- Proven ability to meet revenue and growth goals in dynamic, expanding settings, backed by sharp analytical thinking and commercial acumen
- Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and clear communication, plus experience in leading small teams and building performance dashboards
- Preferably, background in software-as-a-service models, mobile applications, subscription services, or linked device sectors, along with consumer tech or hardware operations
- Familiarity with paid media enhancements, experimentation-driven optimizations, and navigating uncertain environments as a proactive, innovative executor with a growth-oriented perspective
