The Retail and Events Marketing Manager leads the organization of lead-generating retail and consumer events across Philadelphia, New York, and New Jersey, including opportunity identification, material development, staff oversight, and appointment generation for sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute retail shows, exhibitions, and events, handling setup, breakdown, transportation, and promotional elements.
- Manage a team of promoters to produce leads through retail partnerships and events.
- Conduct interviews, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluations to meet company performance standards.
- Ensure sufficient staffing to achieve budget targets, collaborating with recruitment for ongoing interviews.
- Create promoter schedules two weeks in advance to meet objectives.
- Perform regular field visits to retail and event locations for coaching, training, shadowing, and quality inspections.
