Panorama is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to create and implement comprehensive field marketing initiatives, encompassing events and account-based marketing efforts, to enhance pipeline development and foster stronger interactions, advancement, and conversions among targeted accounts. This position leads field and ABM tactics for specific accounts, regions, and initiatives, emphasizing superior execution and quantifiable pipeline outcomes, while collaborating with Sales, Client Partnerships, and Marketing teams to craft tailored plans and refine strategies based on insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ABM tactics for selected high-priority accounts, synchronized with Sales territory strategies and revenue objectives, including partnering with Sales to tailor plans based on account needs and delivering personalized experiences like executive dinners and roundtables
  • Manage and carry out a range of field marketing activities at scale, such as conferences, regional gatherings, hosted sessions, and online events, handling full-cycle operations from scheduling and vendor management to logistics and post-event activities, while refining playbooks with data-driven enhancements
  • Oversee program effectiveness and improvements by working with Revenue and Marketing Operations to establish metrics, tracking systems, and attribution methods, setting targets for engagement, pipeline contributions, and ROI, monitoring data integrity, and providing detailed reports with actionable recommendations
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships with content, product marketing, lifecycle, and brand teams for cohesive messaging, coordinate with Sales and Client Partnerships on execution and follow-up, and maintain organized timelines, budgets, and communication protocols to ensure efficient delivery

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in B2B field marketing, events, or ABM within demand generation settings
  • Background in creating and running ABM initiatives for specific accounts in tandem with Sales teams
  • Demonstrated capacity to oversee various field programs concurrently, with meticulous attention to detail and completion
  • Proficiency in monitoring pipeline effects and program results, leveraging data for optimizations
  • Excellent skills in cross-functional teamwork, project coordination, and communication
  • Knowledge of ABM and event technologies including CRM/MAP and intent data tools
  • Preference for edtech experience or quick adaptability in intricate B2B environments
