Seeking a dynamic Partnerships & Events Specialist to foster strategic collaborations and deliver immersive brand experiences that boost customer engagement and drive revenue in a remote, full-time position aligned with PST hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with brand partners, agencies, and collaborators, serving as the primary contact for communication and alignment
  • Lead end-to-end execution of co-marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, and in-person activations, while developing and launching co-branded content, events, and experiential initiatives
  • Identify partnership opportunities, conduct outreach, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts
  • Execute high-impact events and activations globally, managing vendors, timelines, budgets, and on-site logistics
  • Track key performance indicators like engagement, ROI, traffic, and revenue impact, analyzing results to provide insights for optimization
  • Stay informed on trends in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and design to identify opportunities and ensure partnerships align with brand strategy
  • Equip partners with necessary tools, briefs, and resources to effectively promote the brand

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in partnerships, brand marketing, or event management with proven success in executing partnerships, campaigns, and activations
  • Experience collaborating across creative, PR, legal, retail, and digital teams
  • Strong project management, operational execution, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple initiatives, with a data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing performance
  • Deep cultural awareness in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and related areas, plus creative ideation to convert insights into effective activations balancing storytelling and commercial goals
  • High emotional intelligence for relationship-building, resourcefulness, proactivity, and influencing without authority
  • Nice to have: Background in premium or DTC brands (fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle), global partnerships or influencer work, experiential marketing and retail activations, presentation skills with pitch decks, and an established network of vendors, creatives, and event partners
