Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of virtual and in-person events such as roundtables, webinars, and conferences
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and operational documents for smooth event delivery
• Handle event logistics including venues, vendors, audiovisual setup, speaker coordination, and on-site management
• Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, content, design, and sales to align efforts and meet deadlines
• Optimize event operations and processes for greater efficiency and scalability
• Assist in creating marketing materials for events, including registration sites, emails, and promotions
• Direct live event operations, resolving issues promptly for optimal attendee satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze event metrics, delivering precise post-event reports

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in event execution, operations, or project management
• Demonstrated success in managing complete virtual and in-person events with meticulous detail
• Robust project management expertise in handling timelines, budgets, and simultaneous projects
• Proficiency in vendor, venue, audiovisual, and logistics coordination
• Skill in engaging cross-functional teams and maintaining project momentum in high-pressure settings
