Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of virtual and in-person events such as roundtables, webinars, and conferences
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and operational documents for smooth event delivery
- Handle event logistics including venues, vendors, audiovisual setup, speaker coordination, and on-site management
- Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, content, design, and sales to align efforts and meet deadlines
- Optimize event operations and processes for greater efficiency and scalability
- Assist in creating marketing materials for events, including registration sites, emails, and promotions
- Direct live event operations, resolving issues promptly for optimal attendee satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze event metrics, delivering precise post-event reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all event interactions
Qualifications
- 4-6 years in event execution, operations, or project management
- Demonstrated success in managing complete virtual and in-person events with meticulous detail
- Robust project management expertise in handling timelines, budgets, and simultaneous projects
- Proficiency in vendor, venue, audiovisual, and logistics coordination
- Skill in engaging cross-functional teams and maintaining project momentum in high-pressure settings
