Lead the development and execution of Ottimate’s field marketing initiatives, with a focus on events that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overall field marketing strategy, including all North American events from major tradeshows to regional conferences and dinners.
- Design and scale sales-led and partner-led event programs targeting key accounts and industries.
- Plan and oversee internal company events, taking a major role in the annual Otticon conference.
- Collaborate with design and product marketing on event themes and visual identity, including booth builds and collateral.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics with sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth execution and real-time problem-solving.
- Source and manage event vendors while building strong supplier and partner relationships.
- Track and analyze event performance, ensuring accurate CRM attribution and ROI measurement.
- Build pre-event prospecting lists to support onsite sales meetings.
- Report event outcomes to stakeholders and partner with enablement and customer marketing teams to deliver effective attendee experiences.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of field or event marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in vendor management, logistics, multitasking, and real-time problem resolution.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple events concurrently.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo.
- Digital marketing experience is viewed as an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
