The Vomela Companies seeks a Marketing Events Manager to lead the full strategy, planning, and execution of in-person events and webinars that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand awareness, and support revenue growth while supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategy and logistics for in-person events and webinars aligned to business objectives and GTM priorities
  • Manage end-to-end event operations including vendor coordination, venue selection, budget oversight, and on-site execution with a focus on ROI
  • Create engaging presentations and deliver coaching to ensure speakers deliver compelling, brand-aligned stories
  • Partner with demand generation and marketing operations to implement lead capture, handoff processes, and pipeline support
  • Repurpose event and webinar content into short-form videos, blog posts, social posts, and other assets for extended reach
  • Produce reports and dashboards with actionable insights on performance, ROI, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate across marketing and sales to maintain consistent brand experiences across events and webinars

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing and events experience with proven results in both in-person and virtual programs
  • Experience with trade shows, field events, and webinars that generate leads and measurable business outcomes
  • Strong storytelling, presentation creation, and writing skills for clear, audience-focused content
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles and SaaS business dynamics
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with marketing and sales teams
  • Proven project management capability in fast-paced environments
