Schoox is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the marketing team through efficient project management, event logistics, budget oversight, and cross-departmental coordination in a B2B SaaS setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing projects by maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar for events, campaigns, content releases, and internal milestones.
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and facilitate creation with internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee tasks with external vendors, including timelines, quality control, and invoicing for print, promotions, and creative work.
  • Assist in daily marketing execution by communicating requirements, monitoring progress, and identifying risks.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for optimal budget use.
  • Handle full logistics for events like conferences, roadshows, and internal meetings, including setup, contracts, and on-site coordination.
  • Coordinate corporate gifting, swag programs, and event assets while upholding brand standards and go-to-market goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, BDR, and product marketing teams for event follow-up, lead management, and asset requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years in marketing operations, events coordination, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Proven project management abilities, including multitasking, scheduling, and timeline adherence.
  • Experience in budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping.
  • High attention to detail and error prevention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project tools like Asana or Monday.com, CRM systems, and email platforms.
  • Flexibility for travel and variable hours during events.
  • Proactive mindset with ownership and anticipation of needs.
