The Events & Industry Relationships Manager at PropLogix oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of over 30 annual industry events and customer gatherings nationwide, ensuring a professional market presence. This hybrid position, based in Sarasota, involves primarily remote work with local handling of promotional items, client gifts, and occasional travel, integrating event management, partner collaboration, and relationship-focused marketing to deliver seamless experiences that boost brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate participation in national conferences and trade shows, including calendar management, sponsorships, registrations, booth setup, budgeting, and sales team support, with attendance at select events for logistics and content capture
  • Plan and execute PropLogix-hosted events such as customer appreciation gatherings, partner meetings, industry meetups, and educational sessions, handling venue selection, vendor management, guest invitations, attendance tracking, and internal coordination
  • Oversee customer gifting and relationship programs by managing swag and collateral inventory, coordinating quarterly campaigns, assembling packages for sales distribution, and supporting recognitions for key clients
  • Maintain event operations through timeline and checklist management, vendor and invoice coordination, performance tracking with feedback collection, and inventory control for materials and supplies

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in coordinating conferences, trade shows, or professional events
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
  • Strong ownership mentality and commitment to follow-through
  • Ease in developing relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
  • Effective communication abilities for cross-team collaboration
  • Capability to perform hands-on logistics tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs of materials
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time, attending 3-4 events annually, some out-of-state
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM tools (preferred)
  • Background in B2B sectors, associations, or professional services (preferred)
  • Prior involvement in sponsorships or industry partnerships (preferred)
