Miller International seeks a detail-oriented team member to join the Marketing department in the role of Retail and Event Merchandiser. You will execute retail and event setups, drive in-store presentation standards, and deliver consistent brand experiences across store locations and live events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to retail venues and events to prepare, set up, and tear down displays under Retail Marketing Manager and Event Lead direction.
  • Merchandise products at retail locations to maximize sales, ensure optimal presentation, and uphold brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Marketing Manager on visual marketing, signage, advertising, and promotional programs.
  • Monitor competitive merchandising and marketing innovations, then share findings with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, fashion trends, promotions, and marketing strategies.
  • Collect and relay event and promotion feedback to the Retail Marketing Manager and Brand Manager.
  • Deliver product, display, and merchandising training to retailers and employees.
  • Manage retail inventory counts and communicate product voids or needs to the Planning department.
  • Build and sustain relationships with retailers, account managers, and team members through store visits and seminars.
  • Execute event setup and teardown while providing customer service and adhering to department guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
  • One to two years of related experience; must have some apparel merchandising experience.
  • Two to four years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% with acceptable driving record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with capability to speak in front of large groups.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and proven ability to collaborate with store managers and employees across locations.
  • Adaptable to change, open to new ideas, and receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting documents, process instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Must relocate to Denver, Colorado if applying from out of state.
