Mid-senior field marketing leader responsible for planning, executing, and scaling a multi-market field program projected to generate $30M in revenue in the next 2–3 years across Chicago, Madison, and St. Louis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, secure, and manage over 60 events per year including home shows, community events, and Costco activations
  • Handle event applications, track spending, and optimize costs to meet performance benchmarks
  • Schedule, staff, and oversee all logistics to maximize ROI on field activations
  • Lead full-cycle talent management: recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of Brand Promoters and Field Leaders
  • Maintain regular field presence to coach teams and ensure execution quality at events and retail partner locations
  • Drive daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual appointment-generation targets with a metrics-driven approach
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed lead-generation goals and improve sales conversion rates
  • Monitor marketing spend and optimize scheduling, staffing, and event selection for highest ROI
  • Regularly evaluate KPIs and implement data-driven improvements across team and program performance
  • Produce accurate lead and appointment forecasts and performance reports
  • Ensure team adherence to brand standards, scripting, and product knowledge through ongoing coaching and training

Qualifications

  • Proven track record planning and executing 60+ events annually across multiple markets
  • Several years of hands-on event and field marketing experience with measurable results
  • 2–5 years of experience managing a field marketing team
  • Strong coaching, training, and team development capabilities
  • Sales-oriented mindset with demonstrated success hitting lead and appointment goals
  • Solid budget management and marketing spend optimization skills
  • Analytical ability to review KPIs and make proactive, data-driven decisions
  • Self-starter comfortable managing time and priorities across multiple markets
  • Proven leadership, accountability, and team-building experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and consistent field presence
