Experienced marketing professional taking a more strategic role in shaping and executing the firm’s diverse event portfolio, balancing hands-on management with growing responsibility for strategy, stakeholder advising, process improvements, and performance tracking to maximize business development, thought leadership, and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of webinars, in-person programs, firm-hosted conferences, and industry sponsorships and exhibits
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans aligned with firm objectives and target audiences
  • Coordinate all aspects of webinars including scheduling, registration, speaker support, platform management, and post-event follow-up, while ensuring CPE and compliance requirements are met
  • Plan logistics for in-person events including venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, registration, and on-site execution
  • Coordinate firm participation in sponsored industry events, including exhibit logistics, sponsorship deliverables, and inventory tracking
  • Identify, contract, and manage relationships with vendors and venues while tracking budgets, expenses, and invoices
  • Collect event data and feedback, build custom reports in the CRM, and collaborate on promotion via email, website, and social media
  • Ensure brand standards, messaging, and professional quality are maintained across all event materials and formats

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and proven ability to execute events
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and service line leaders
  • Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure, especially during live events
  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
