Support the execution of Capital Economics’ international events program and contribute to essential marketing activities, including CRM management and performance analysis, in a collaborative environment serving global clients with macroeconomic insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of in-person and virtual events across EMEA, APAC, and North America
  • Manage event setup such as website updates, invitations, RSVP tracking, and CRM data maintenance
  • Handle logistics including venue sourcing, supplier coordination, branding, and budget oversight
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and serve as primary contact for external event inquiries
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and economist teams to promote events and meet timelines
  • Lead on-site event delivery in London and assist with events in Singapore and Toronto
  • Oversee post-event tasks like communications, attendance monitoring, feedback, and performance reporting
  • Assist in CRM marketing efforts, including email campaigns and invitations
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns on email, website, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor SalesWings for lead tracking, scoring, and targeting
  • Track event metrics like registrations and engagement, providing internal insights
  • Contribute to marketing reports, maintain Salesforce dashboards, and ensure data consistency across platforms
  • Identify performance trends and anomalies to drive improvements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in delivering in-person and virtual events
  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills for handling multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or email automation tools
  • Experience with webinar platforms like ON24 or Zoom preferred
  • Confident copywriting for emails, invitations, and marketing content
  • Comfort with digital channels including LinkedIn, email, and web platforms
