The EMEA Events Specialist oversees the planning, management, and execution of regional events including roadshows, tradeshows, and targeted gatherings to boost lead generation and enhance brand presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, while partnering with marketing, sales, and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, staffing, operations, vendors, production, and branding for the events portfolio
• Organize and deliver roadshows, tradeshows, and specialized events throughout EMEA
• Maintain consistent, high-quality brand representation at all events and provide on-site assistance
• Align event initiatives with regional marketing goals and business priorities
• Uphold corporate branding standards and create guidelines for regional use
• Conduct pre-event preparations and post-event evaluations to improve outcomes
• Implement lead capture, follow-up procedures, and reporting to assess return on investment
• Oversee budget planning, tracking, and negotiations with suppliers and agencies
• Foster partnerships with external vendors for reliable event delivery
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and corporate event teams, including technology partners, for integrated execution

Qualifications

• At least three years in marketing or event coordination
• Demonstrated success in handling and monitoring substantial budgets
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders across levels
• Capacity to operate autonomously and in team settings within a complex structure
• Background in overseeing vendor and agency partnerships
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulousness
• Composed and assured performance in dynamic settings
