The Marketing Manager role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns focused on events, email, and social media to support revenue growth and business objectives in the legal software industry, collaborating with sales, product, and client success teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage campaigns and events, including negotiating and coordinating activations for Arbitration Weeks and related conferences and dinners
  • Oversee event sponsorship implementation for APAC and Middle East teams, including activations in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Dubai Arbitration Weeks
  • Handle client communications, social media promotions, business development attendance, and event follow-ups
  • Track all results in Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring proper processes for measuring conference attendance outcomes
  • Advise on business development conference attendance and community events, both in-person and webinars, including contract reviews and supplier payments with finance
  • Provide event execution support, such as ordering promotional materials and distributing banners
  • Manage registrations for Opus 2-led events in APAC or globally using HubSpot or Zoom
  • Create and execute quarterly campaigns for Arbitral Institutions with product marketing support

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B, technology, or professional services marketing, with focus on campaigns and event execution
  • High attention to detail and professional communication skills, oriented toward business outcomes
  • Initiative and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to complete projects
  • Comfort in advisory and consultative roles with business development teams
  • Experience with email marketing or automation platforms, with eagerness to engage in marketing delivery
  • Beneficial exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Demandbase
