The Revenue Marketing Specialist supports B2B go-to-market initiatives at Orgvue, a platform for organizational design, by managing events and developing lead generation campaigns to align strategy with execution and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Marketing and team to develop and execute global and regional campaign plans, including full ownership of virtual and in-person events.
  • Produce high-quality content for presentations, event materials, emails, and social media.
  • Contribute to achieving Marketing Qualified Lead targets through event-driven and campaign-based efforts.
  • Oversee external agencies and event providers to build partnerships and meet agreed outcomes and returns.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to improve campaign execution, automation, tracking, measurement, and insights.
  • Foster strong relationships with Business Development Executives and Account Executives for effective conversion and pipeline development.
  • Handle campaign budgets to support seamless activities and meet monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Work with Product Marketing, Creative & Content teams to develop compelling copy for campaign materials.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to optimize conversions via integrated campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all campaigns and communications.

Qualifications

  • Skilled communicator who builds positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management, handling multiple initiatives with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong in cross-functional collaboration, promoting a positive and results-oriented mindset.
  • At least 2 years in B2B marketing, preferably in tech.
  • Proven success in delivering events that yield measurable pipeline and ROI.
  • Experienced in creating integrated lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools, plus marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn paid social campaigns and organic social media strategies.
